The top of the Cake!

You have seen stencils used across the top of your cappuccino? Well what about your cake? We have been creating custom food stencils since 2008.  We also make customised chocolate and food shaping moulds to create experiences for your clients. 

Among our clients are Hermes, Coach, the Intercontinental, Rockpool, QT Hotels to name a few. 

Recently we have been most delighted to see a long standing client, Paul Adams,
at Du Plessy Praline, a well loved patisserie and chocolate shop of West Pymble, a northern suburb of Sydney. 

I can’t remember how long ago I created the three birds stencil that is the iconic symbol of their much sought after Japonaise cake.  We have been supporting Paul’s needs since 2017 if not before. 

Due to recent social media attention Paul and his team have not been able to keep up with demand.  It’s great to see him get the attention his quality products deserve.

You really know you are doing well when a customer flies in from Singapore just to buy your cake!
